Adult-only pool area, spacious room with ocean view, diverse activity choices

The uneven walk to the beach might deter older guests!!! A more effective system for restaurant reservations would be appreciated!!! The decor in Block 4 is tired and needs an update!!!

The adult pool lacked ambiance and music.

The beach is just steps away, and the friendly staff makes every visit memorable. The facilities offer a great mix catering to families and tourists, which creates a vibrant atmosphere.

The beach was clean and had no under tow. The pillows were really horrible.

Great staff & yummy food!

The staff here are super friendly. They really make you feel at home! The food was especially good, loved the Mexican dishes and fresh fish. The pool area was nice for chilling, but there’s some noise from other guests, which can be a drag sometimes. Still, it’s a decent spot for relaxation.

The place was clean, and the staff were genuinely accommodating. A highlight was the diverse food selection, especially the fresh fish. However, noise from nearby streets could be disruptive at times. Wi-Fi worked well, which was a big plus for keeping in touch with home.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the private beach area for lounging and tried out water sports, which was such a blast. The variety of guests really added to the fun vibe, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for easy access to local shops and restaurants.

great staff but beach needs improvement

The staff truly stands out with their attentive and friendly service, making the stay enjoyable. The mix of guests created a lively ambiance, enhancing the overall experience. The garden view from our double room was refreshing and added a nice touch to our mornings.

The beach area showed signs of wear due to summer storms, which affected our swimming experience.

The room was spacious, which was nice for us. The shower had consistent hot water, very crucial for relaxing after a long day. It had a decent view, but the decor felt a bit outdated. The AC worked fine, but it directed air straight on you, which made it uncomfortable at times. There were no blackout curtains, so morning light was a bit annoying. No blow dryer in the room either, which was a letdown. Overall, it had its good points but could use some upgrades.

Navigating the uneven terrain from the beach to the hotel lobby can be a hassle, particularly for those with mobility issues. Additionally, the lack of music at the adult pool severely dampens the vibe, failing to create a lively atmosphere that you'd expect in an adult-only space. Room furnishings in Block 4 are showing their age. some pieces like the dressers feel outdated and less appealing than one might hope for.

The location was phenomenal! It has direct beach access. The food variety was decent, especially for breakfast. Staff kept everything very clean. The adult section pool had plenty of available chairs.
